  • 2004 December meeting

    • Club meeting was held on Friday evening December 10th.
    Meeting was held at the MCL Cafeteria South US31.

    Our radio clubs 2004 theme : "Ham Radio is FUN!" Included a great meal and program....























    This was our Awards dinner meeting and President Chuck- W9IH presented .
    Certificates of appreciation to - Ed Conder -N9IZN; Tom Price-WB9UNG;
    Bob Osterhous-W9PSE; Steve Heiniger- N9OI;
    Bob Blake- N9FIM & Tom Chance - K9XV.











    Also Presented were three Youngh Ham of the year Awards to :
    Trevor-N9YM; Heather-KB9ZLB & Adle-K9OOC











    This years MARCONI Award winner was Jim Keeth -AF9A; he was
    unable to make this dinner.and the
    IRC OUTSTANDING Amateur of the year was presented to Steve Wendt- KB9RDS.
    Congrats to all 2004 recipients!













  • -Program:Chuck W9IH … introduced
    Ms Sharon Oliver our speaker for December,she is a tour guide and
    speaker for the Indianapolis Eiteljorg Museum.
    Presentation was "Indiana Native American History"
    We were very lucky to have Ms Oliver and the presentation was outstanding.

  • -There was a FREE RAFFLE drawing this month ; several interesting prizes given,
    Thanks to Bob- W9PSE for organizing & DONATIONS from MAI PRIME Parts; R&L electronics.
    Some one took home a 2m FT1 150 HT!...
    the 50/50 drawing Raised $35.00 for our club treas...

    Next Meeting: Friday, January 14th 2005, at 7:30PM at the
    Indianpolis Training Center,2820 N Merdian st.; bring a guest & come early for the social session..
